Argylle It's a movie filled with actors that I really like but sadly the movie just didn't pay off for me. I feel like the Kingsman formula has had diminishing returns for me on each additional film he has made in that style. The trailers look great but movies don't quite meet expectations.

I'm very happy to see Jon Stewart back on the daily show even if it's only one day a week. He may not be able to save us from the madness but at least we can laugh as everything implodes.

It was interesting to see people react to Terminator 2 who hadn't already been spoiled to the T1/T2 Arnold character switch Aside from young children I think I would be hard pressed to find people who aren't already spoiled to that even if they haven't seen the movie.

I had the same problem with the first book. By the end I was glad to have read it because the ideas and story are fascinating but I didn't find the characters to be all that easy to connect with. I had an easier time with the following books.

Rebel Moon - Part One That was a slog to get through and I won't be back for part two.

That's unfortunate. I loved the series. However it may have been more the mystery unfolding and the setting(s) which kept me invested rather than any particularly strong character work.

I have a friend who still holds it against me for introducing him to that series. I think at the time he claimed that reading it killed his creativity.

Looks like fun. That is quite some haircut on Henry Cavill.

The Dark Souls series is finally on sale after many years of only being available at full price. The discounts aren't as deep as some previous sales but at least it is something.

I highly recommend The Outfit (2022)

The trailer looks pretty good and I have no complaints with the casting of Rebecca Ferguson.
