We found some small rolls that were 1-ply camping tp at a Menards. Not sure if they are nationwide so think Home Depot or Lowe's. But MOST grocery stores are now getting smart and only allowing 1 or 2 packs per person. Which should have started immediately, but that's just my opinion.
