Thanks everyone for the floor lights, they're all going into my science lab room on every free floor square (so hope to get every color). I asked for every color because I've never seen any on my island and therefore have no idea what is the native color.

My island is Obsidian.

My flimsy tools are not lasting as long as I was led to believe. Flimsy fishing rod is meant to last 10 fish, or do they mean 10 casts? I only caught 5 fish before mine broke, I know it was 5 because I brought 10 bait and now 5 are left. I did cast more than once and retracted because the fish move out of place. Same for flimsy bug net.

@klew Flimsy tools are really not worth a damn really. I would recommend you buy the “pretty good” tools diy set as soon as youre able to from the nook machine. Or if you want to come over tomorrow and buy some good tools from my nook you are welcome to :)

I have a white snack machine, but have hit my limit on orders today. I will order a white snack machine for you tomorrow and send it over on tuesday. Thanks!!

I try to keep track of flimsy tool use and upgrade before they break to get the maximum use out of them, I can always get 13 trees worth of wood (39 hits) before I upgrade the flimsy axe, but the flimsy net and rod are inconsistent.

Bert, That's a lovely little Turnip farm setup you have.
Are you able to make/sell those scarecrows? I don't have the DIY for that.

I actually burned through all the weeds that Dei gave me already lol. If you wanna come over, i can make them right now for you. Code is 7J9G9. Bells are not necessary, just bring the 20 weeds :)

LOL. And I just tried mailing you the ingredients but apparently you can't mail weeds. I can mail you sticks! But not weeds. Figure that one out.

I did a dumb. I gave all my residents swing benches as gifts yesterday thinking they would place them outside. They put wreaths etc on their doors, right?

No....several of them have them inside. It’s ok for Shari as her place needed something, but it looks really silly in Punchy’s place.

I gave Benedict a bathrobe. That was an interesting week.
I don't know if talking to Isabel and complaining about the ones with it in their homes would make a difference.

I also have Isabelle complaining that I now have too much clutter on my island which is odd as all she’s been telling me for ages is to decorate more.
