And you need levels in SPECIAL to unlock perks anyways. For your first real perk, I recommend Idiot Savant. Not for some punny reason related to your perk picking struggles. But because the XP boost is always worth it. Even high intel builds will level faster and thus get to pick more faster...

You don't need to start over. The game has infinite levels. You probably would have picked some SPECIAL down the road anyway. Just start grabbing other perks now.

Your SPECIAL stats are very high for someone who has never been able to pick a perk. If I remember correctly, there are only enough points to get 4 in everything, if you spread them evenly, on character creation.

Built myself a tree house. I would build more levels but settlers don't really seem to want to go higher then 2 stories, so didn't bother. I might do it anyway and just put some turrets on a smaller third platform, or something. But for now I got this! I have seen string-lights in the world...
