If I had watched Legend of the Seeker in the same era as Herc & Xena I probably would have enjoyed it but as an adult I found it to be pretty unbearable. Just... so much cheese

I realized that I didn't enjoy the series anymore at The Pillars of Creation and for the first time when reading a book started skimming/skipping tedious chapters just to reach the end.

I find it hard to pick between DS9 and TNG as they are both such great shows (With some terrible episodes) When I was younger I would have leaned more heavily towards TNG but as I get older I find myself leaning more towards DS9

Which seems like an underrated movie to me.

The primary motivation of my boss seems to be to break/remove as many working systems as possible. And then blame the staff for the problems. And then insist on half-assed workarounds which don't do the job nearly as well as the systems he demanded be removed.

That is rather expensive. I work at a hospital and I can get a covid test at no cost by walking down the hall to a testing station.

Deus Ex: Mankind Divided is pretty cheap right now. Is it worth the time investment? I have seen some comments suggesting that the game was cut short due to development problems.

I watched "The Platform" not expecting much and suspected that I might not watch the entire thing but it turned out to be a pretty interesting movie. I started watching with the audio dubbed but pretty quickly switched to subtitles.

I think the idea is that Superman is traveling so fast that time is reversing for him, not that he is causing the earth to spin in the other direction. We as the outside observers are witnessing the earth rotate the other way as time reverses. But apparently the people working on the Elseworlds...
