Cards Against Humanity Question

Okay, so my Improv troupe is starting to do things like game show nights. I'd like to do a Cards Against Humanity style game for a bar crowd, but so far I haven't come up with a way to do it. It would be crowd interactive and in a perfect world they'd be able to vote on the winner of each hand.

How would you go about setting something like this up?
