Ok, So a few of us like to, apart from perusing this awesome new forum, hang out in an IRC room. Lots of regulars, it can be a pretty fun place.

Now, the place is called #pvponline , but worry not.. it has NOTHING to do with Scott Kurtz or his webcomic in anyway, it was just the name it had when it was created and when a community grew around it, we can't really up and leave.

The wonderful Yalborap is the main mod there, and he has made some nice scripts that keep us annoyance-free.


The easiest way to join us is to download an IRC client and head on over to SlashNET.org and then joining the #pvponline channel.

But if you're at work or want to just drop by, an even easier way is to point your browser over to www.mibbit.com and then selecting SlashNET from the drop down menu, then enter your desired nick name and then #pvponline in the channel list.

We'll help you out from there if you want to use a client.


We'll also post the occasional excerpts from the chat in this thread. We can be pretty hilarious.


There is also an Official #Halforums channel, but most people haven't migrated there so it's not as busy. Remember that the #pvponline and Halforums.com are separate entities and the same rules do not necessarily apply.
