Former President Trump Thread

I wonder if Melania is going to be in the hospital for a previously unannounced procedure again soon. :(

If she's lucky, she'll have a 340 lb. tumor removed, but I'm not sure she'd want to lose the $$ from the procedure.

Its been reported that the divorce papers were ready to go on November 9th 2016. Also that she used her new leverage to negotiate a more lucrative prenup as long as she stays with him through the presidency.

It's clear as day she's miserable with him. Once he's out of the White House, I get the feeling he's gonna lose a LOT. And hopefully get thrown in jail on top of that.

Look, I don't like fat shaming as a formerly very fat man, but fuck that fat piece of lying shit.

My dad's like 5'9" and fat and he pushes the scale at 300 pounds and he doesn't look as dumpy as Trump. Fuck your lying '240 pound' ass.

So things with Lindsey Graham might go fucking bananas in the next few days. I chose the words specifically.

It appears the male escorts in DC are not only familiar with Lindsey, they claim he’s been using their services for years and used the name “Lady G”. It looks like a lot of media is chasing the story, and people might be ready to talk.

I choose to not care. We are far past time shaming people for their bedroom preferences, and I'm not going to join in on a chorus to shame him for it. I can only hope he sees the policies he supports are hurting others like him.

The Rock will be the next Republican president probably
It's clear he wants to run. He's been talking about it off and on for years. But I don't see him doing it unless he's willing to burn every bridge he's got with his fans. It's not like he's got a reputation for speaking for Republican policy ether.

I don't want another celebrity presidential candidate. We saw what someone with no clue about politics or running any level of government has worked out. If Rock wants to get into politics, fine. He can start smaller as a mayor or something. Prove he actually has the ability to be a political leader.

he'll wait until they convince everyone Trump wasn't really a republican and none of the party was ever behind him, the phrase "a new type of republican" will probably be involved

You know, this is what's going to happen if things go really south for the GOP in November.
Only after all other options have been exhausted - voter fraud, intimidation, abuse of the courts to stop recounts, postponing the election, armed uprisings, etc etc.
I honestly and fully expect worse riots than this week after the elections - and the police will let the armed protestors do their thing and stand silently by while they try to do a little replay of Kristallnacht in black neighborhoods. If the wrong guy wins, that is.

Polls continue to look interesting.

Jamie Harrison is now tied with Lindsay Graham in polls. Lindsay already lost a lot in the last month and he seems to keep spiraling downward.

Texas also looks poised to become a battleground state, with polls showing Biden and Trump tied at exactly 43%/43%. Note that this drop is only on Trump, as Sen. Cornyn is still ahead by +13 point over his democratic opponent for the Senate seat. Trumps approval in the state keeps dropping. Texas Democrats are pushing a donation campaign to get two million people to register to vote, and since it went up it's already reached $800k of it's 1 million dollar goal.

This isn't of course a conclusion but more a look at a trend. If we are going to keep these numbers and make this happen we all gotta keep pushing and remain vigilant.

Damn some of the ads coming out right now.

It won't change the mind of those in his base but this is the stuff that turns independents.

cheeto pulling 10,000 troops from Germany, for reasons?...
Like @ScytheRexx mentioned in the other thread, he wants them deployed to the streets here. He’s been met with resistance, but how often has he not gotten whatever he wanted?

He's pissed at Merkel. That's the only reason. Forget that it'll seriously damage our standing in NATO or our readiness in Europe.

Probably for making him cancel the G7 summit.

He hasn't even talked with Merkel about reducing the american troops in germany. Apparently the government learned about the removal when journalists ask for a comment.

Again, POLLS, but new polls out today with registered voters have broken 50% for Biden. Trump still sitting at 43%.

Biden also has a 12 point lead in Michigan, a state that Hillary lost in 2016 by a narrow margin.

I ain't gonna get my hopes up but this is all looking promising. Vigilance.

I think I read somewhere that Democrats should assume they're 5 points down at all times, because based on what we know from history, complacency will be the end of them.

One of the big downfalls for Hilary was polling looking decent for her in the home stretch. A lot of democrats who were not really happy with her just stayed home because no one expected her to lose. I like to think people won't make that mistake again, but people can be stupid.
