I'm not an expert, but I do remember cutting my calories when I was 220... and I was told not to be too drastic. I started at 1800-1900, then I dropped down to 1700, and now I'm at about 1400-1550, depending on how active I am that day and If I'm that hungry. I'm so sorry you're frustrated, and I hope you find what works for you. If you haven't tried cutting down a little bit less at first, maybe that would work? Good luck to you, sin.
