Buncha drunken fools today. Seems like folks on the Rez will create any reason to drink.Family Allowance cheque day, and other than a couple of domestics out in the res, it was really quiet. It takes them a little while to adjust to the ever encroaching cold before they go all out. Oh Autumn.
I'm having one of those days where my paranoia takes over and it feels like my friends don't actually like me and have just been humouring me or begrudgingly tolerating my presence for the last 10 years or so.
I hate days like today.
I see, I see. Well, rant away, then.I'm doing a completely irrational* and too expensive protein milkshake based diet... I can only eat some kinds of vegetables, and in limited amounts.
I hate it, but the results are very good, and, as I'll have to diet in a more rational way for a long time (I'll actually have to change eating habits) anyways, I'd rather do it to keep my lost weight (wich will be very easy to regain) than to lose it!
And I'll finally be thin, wich will be good both for my self image and for my bad leg. I'll feel confident and good looking and I'll be able to do some sports without becoming Long John Silver the next day. Finally, after 15 years...
I think it's worth it, but I rant anyway
*Well, it's controlled by a doctor. By "irrational" I actually mean "very very restrictive".

If it's a journal article, just do what my grad students do. Promise you'll get to it every time I ask you, but never actually make any progress. It keeps your professor on his/her toes.I'm trying to arrange a meeting with one of my matches on eHarmony. But since we're both grad students it's incredibly hard to find a free weekend. I've been working on a paper all this weekend, she's got GRE's next weekend, and the the weekend after that her family's taking her on a trip and we've both got to work on our term papers. KHAAAAAANNNNNN!!!!!

Well, cold or not, two men would probably get too heavy, right?...and these shitty one man blankets.
Heading to Vegas in two weeks so I'll be enjoying the heat immensely, no humidity though. That is really so hard to understand. It's 90 here, and humid as hell.
It nearly hit 85 in my server room today. Some fuck-up contractor, moved our thermostats lower and left with out seeing if our fucking AC works. It is F'ing freezing in my office today. My fingers are actually starting to hurt because it's so cold. It wouldn't hurt building maintenance to actually add some heat here, jesus.
Same here. Actually its a big ass storm. So same for lots of people on here I think. It's like 20C here today, rainy, and dark. Tonight, we are expecting what I understand to be the equivalent of a Canadian tropical storm.
Word. Y'all can take that shit back. It was almost pleasant here for a while, dropping down to about 49 at night. I was LOVING it. Now? Not so much...It is 90 degrees outside, your dang superstorm is making it bloody hot down here.
