Fuck yeah I'd go. I'd drift out amongst the endless black between the asteroids, sending unmanned packages of ore off to lunar orbits for pick up by haulers to the orbital smelters and refineries.

I can't do that though, because I'm create a set of scripts for MapTool that automatically apply states based on whether a target is hit or what the power/attack says. It kinda needs to follow the rules.

Is the condition part of the damage inflicted or just being hit? For example, an undead has a bite attack that slows the target and deals necrotic damage. Is the target slowed if they have Resist Necrotic greater than the damage dealt? Ghoul bites PC for 4 damage and PC is slowed (save ends)...

Yes, the same campaign. Multiple characters allows me to run various one-shot games and the treasure parcels and rules keep the characters on a similar power level.

You misunderstood what I meant by opening up a character slot... You start with one character slot. This slot is filled when you create your first character. When that character reaches 2nd level, you gain a second character slot. You don't have to create a new character if you don't want...
