In the end this doesn't show everything. Like what was included in the stop-gap measure recently voted in. What's happening to Planned Parenthood? What happened to the proposed tax cuts to the mega rich?

It's pretty rough. I don't see much of anyone not getting hammered here. Also, not sure I see where that 5 bil increase to DoD is here, from this chart it's like a 6 bil reduction.
