My sister just got a food dehydrator just like that one. We've been marveling that drying cantaloupe smells like Yoplait custard-style yougurt, and that the beef jerky smelled like barbeque beans as it dried.

I'm glad you guys are finally back together. It really sucks being apart for even a short time. I couldn't imagine 6 months.
