They call it a "new ghost town" but I think that is kinda misleading.
Basically it is a fully functional town, but no one is living there. It is design to test out new green tech on "live scale"
My only qualm is that, there SHOULD be people living in it. I know that could "mess up the experiment" but it will give better results on wear and tear and people actually using the tech on day to day basis.
I personally would LOVE to test out the automated cars going to work
(with my helmet and jacket on of course)
