Recently, a friend of my family had a child after trying unsuccessfully for several years. They had a boy which they named Logan, and unfortunately he was born premature. After a couple weeks of Logan being hooked to life-support machines, he sadly passed away this week.

I'm sure you can all imagine how difficult a time this has been for our friends, as they have truly been waiting for a child. They had so little time with their child, and now they are forced to have a funeral for the little boy they have been wishing so hard to receive.

As anyone that's had to have a funeral for a loved one knows, there can be some financial struggles that go with it, especially when there is no life insurance to help out.

This is me, Christopher, very humbly asking you if you would be so kind as to donate any amount to a worthy cause.

They do not know that I am asking you to do this for them, and they do not expect anything, nor do I expect anything from you. You can feel free to donate anonymously, or just place your well wishes here.

The only thing I can offer in return, are some cartoons as thanks. I cannot promise I will be able to fulfill any requests, but I guarantee I can try.

Damn it. I really wish I could do this.

I've been working my ass off, so I've got a little overtime on this paycheck... I've been told by my wife that I can have a little for "discretionary spending" (aka play-money).

I think I'd rather it go to this. Let me get my pay-pal up-dated.

Man, I am sorry to hear this. I wish I could help.

My best friend and his wife lost an infant due to choking on a cracker. One minute a happy toddler, the next minute dead. It was just awful. They went through so much pain, but they survived and have 4 kiddos now, but I know they have some emptiness in them that won't ever get filled in.

I pray that your friends and you will be comforted through all this, and come through it stronger, and able to help others that go through this.

I want to make a point to thank you guys for even wishing you could help out with this.

I also want to make a point that I do not want you to feel bad if you cannot give anything, and also I don't want you to worry about donating if is simply not in the cards financially.

There's been plenty of times someone has needed assistance with one thing or another here, and as much as I wanted to help out, I just didn't have the funds, so I completely understand!
