Advice on GBA Emulator for PSP.

I can't seem to get any that work with Golden Sun at full speed. The last one I tried ran decently until the battle screens. During those, there'd be a slowdown on every attack done by players or NPCs.

What's the recommended PSP GBA emulator these days? As so many have been released over the past, my net surfing has turned up way too many "versions" of a few.

Try gpsp 2.71 and use HEN + Devhook. It works for the sequel (or so Google says), so it might work for the original.

Get the gpSP (it's a GBA emulator) version for whatever your firmware is. Version .9 can be found here, but I don't know if that's the latest version.

HEN and Devhook are homebrew enablers. You probably don't need them, but if you can't get the emulator working right, you might need them.

Try the one you can get here. It's called gpsp kai. It SHOULD work.

Nope, still slowdown during battles. Oh well. I also tried playing it on PC with Visual Boy Advance and there's no sound.

I beat parts 1 and 2 with visual boy advance without any problems.
