I thought it was released in the American market, in theaters.

Well.. Death at a Funeral wasn't ALL subtle british humor.. it also had midgets falling from the open casket humor.

I watched the trailer for this movie a while ago, and it's already obvious how it's going to go. Every joke from the first film that reappeared in the American trailer was so oversold, beginning with the mixed-up-casket joke, the first scene in the entire damn movie.
