Anyone live on the west coast and/or a place where you have Del Tacos?

I need a favor. Del Taco has a promotion where you can buy a large soda cup from them, that comes with a special in-game Star Trek Online pet, plus a beta code. Now I'm already in the beta so I don't need the code, but I really want the pet.

I can paypal someone like $5 if they can get the code for the pet for me. The soda/cup is like $2.30 so you'll be getting your money back easily.

There are no Del Tacos where I live or even close by :( It's mainly a west coast franchise, with only a couple states here on the east coast that have them. So unless you live near one, you're screwed.

If $5 isn't even incentive, we can negotiate a price in pm's.

Help!

I can go to del taco today.
Only been there once, and I got a cheeseburger. Tasted like in-n-out actually.

I'd have done it for free as there's nothing you can pay me to eat at a fast-food joint.

My Del Taco is 5 feet from an in-n-out. Only legit fast-food joint, fries arrive to the store as potatoes!

Part of me is like "This is so nerdy." but the nerdy part of me is like "Yeah, I respect the dedication."

I don't think Del Taco even exists in Canada, however. Looks like Koko's stepped up though.

That's something I might be able to get behind, then, Koko.

(also, I'm nowhere near the west coast so don't expect the code from me, Mav)

Fun fact:
Del Taco translates to
"Of the Taco"...
I have no idea how it manages to stay business in a town 30 minutes from Mexico.

By being really cheap.

30 minutes plus time at the border (and not getting back home without your passport). Yeah, I don't see most people jamming over to Mexico for a bite. :)

The point is the close proximity to Mexico means a authentic Mexican food-stops are abundant. Places that serve 1lb+ burritos for under $5, tacos that are bursting to the seams with stuffings, etc.
Among locals, its pretty frowned upon to go to Del Taco, Taco Bell, etc.
Then again, taco bell has some cheap eats @ 3 am.

Will have to check that out. We have Del Taco around here (Greatest fries in Fast Food IMO). My wife had never eaten there before she met me, ten years later and it is still her favorite fast food.

Wait, wait, wait, wait.

You guys have a place called Del Taco....and it sells fries and burgers and subs and shit?
That is weird.

Oh wait, forget it, I was reading into it wrong.

Does Del Taco have anything to do with Taco Del Mar?

There is one right next to where I work. What exactly do I have to order to get this?
