That would be the "Appenzeller", the tangy version. It's quite a strong cheese, but just tastest deliciously... Next to the "Emmentaler"-Cheese it's probably the most know swiss cheese. Thanx to the international marketing.

Funny sidenote: My girlfriend comes from the County "Appenzell" - but she's allergic to cheese, so unfortunately, there is not much, or more to say, none at all cheese eating at home. :blue:
