You've mentioned Asperger's. I was just curious when you were diagnosed and what you feel the up-sides to your particular condition are. For example, one of my favorite professors would often say that his macular degeneration landed him the snazziest pair of glasses ever.
No need, I have a weird pride in my Aspyness. I was diagnosed when I was a kid and was told I had it when I was in Elentary or High School. As for the up-sides...I can't decide whats the best one in all honestly. My weird personality, my hyperactivity, my occasional photographic memory(very conditional but when it works IT WORKS). If anything I sometimes feel sorry I'm not Aspy enough, it may sound weird but I envy characters like Rainman or Monk(he had OCD but still). I wish my memory was as good as those characters, mine is all conditional and mostly about cartoons. But either way its a part of who I am, and I am proud of it.
With the exception of Wall-E (as I've never seen it) these are some of my favorite movies.
I didn't know until this thread that you were an Aspy. While yours is likely not as severe on the spectrum as this clip, I just wanted to share it with you. I just finished going through all of Fringe and this stands out head and shoulders above it all:
