Appearances of Stifler's mom were pretty short every time. I don't care as long as we get the awesomeness that is Jim's dad in all his advising glory!
I have some faith in this project because as much downhill part 2 and 3 went (compared to part 1), they still always warm my heart.
I hope the team behind the camera brings the spirit of the movies to life again.
Yeah. Not sure if I even care. However, I wholeheartedly agree with Gusto.

Huh. I watched the original three back when they first came out and loved them. I'm curious - and honestly, highly doubt - whether they've aged well. Eh, I don't know. I won't see it in theatres, but I might give it a shot when it hits Netflix or something.
Plus, aside from Hannigan on How I Met Your Mother, it's not like the rest of them have done much with their careers since.

Stiffler had a pretty decent career since, nothing amazing but he's been in several movies up to the last few years.
The other guys have done shit. I think Jason Biggs was in a sitcom recently.

Looking them up on imdb, they've all been fairly busy actually. The roles have all been small roles in big movies, or big roles in small movies though. A lot of appearances between them all on That 70s Show and voice work on American Dad. Jason Biggs is apparently lined up to the be the voice of Leonardo in the next TMNT cartoon.
Sean-William Scott and Alyson Hannigan are still probably the two most successful post-American Pie 3, though.
