Installed Inkscape, did it myself. Good enough for the joke.

A few days ago Obscurus Lupa's avatar switched back to the default egg. Today she tweeted "In the midst of dying my hair again. It looks like I axe murdered someone."

It's not really that funny, but sometimes simple things make me laugh far too much.
