I think they should also have a large picture of Colbert's face on the back of the uniforms as well.

That's pretty cool. I agree with the face idea and it should definitely be that picture there. Or the you're on notice picture.

With lettering underneath the pic that says:

I just saw that on last night's episode... I've always preferred Stewart over Colbert, but man has Stephen proven time and time again to be one awesome dude.
