Looks like she's looking out of the mouth. Not much forward vision, but you can at least see where you are stepping.

Looking down out of the mouth opening, it's very common for full body suits (like Disney Characters as an example) to be looking out of the mouth. Like I also said, not much (in this case any) forward sight, but you can see where you are stepping.
