It's a play on the phrase "Press a key to continue" --> "Press 'A' key to continue"

I'm sure the programmer thought it terribly funny, and still snorts milk out his nose whenever he thinks of it.

I just played it for a few minutes. I guess it's a zelda clone?

Interesting control scheme - you never have to move your fingers around the keyboard, just keep them over asdf and the thumb on the spacebar.

I can understand the concept, but it probably would take quite a bit of getting used to, and unless the game is spectacular, I wouldn't spend time doing that.

The endless menus in the beginning are way, way too much, though.
