Betty White must be looking over her shoulder.

I love Betty White.

But she can't play football very well.

Well, Estelle Getty died in 2008, Bea Arthur in 2009, and now Rue McClanahan in 2010.

Rue was 46 when that show started. That is still pretty young to be playing a retiree...

She was funny. I'd heard she was sick for a long time, though.

I honestly thought she'd already died for some reason. Must have confused her with Bea for a bit.

Creepy thing is, I was JUST talking with my friend last night about this. I thought she had already died late last year, and she was sure Ms. McClanahan was still alive. Looks like I was wrong AT THE TIME. Damn, now the only one left is Betty. :(

Damn you Frank, I was going to come in this thread specifically to make the Highlander joke.

It's really sad, though. All 4 of the actresses in that show were unbelievably great.

The title of this thread reminds me of those stupid Ditech commercials.

You know who also lost a golden girl? James Bond.

So what, it was the humiliation of having to stand still while someone coated your taint with gold, 'cause I'm pretty sure that would kill me?

What does it matter what killed her? He lost her and she was golden, period

I don't think he lost her after he found her painted all gold...

It is difficult to lose a 120 pound, dead, naked woman that was painted gold.

You know, ya think it would be but tell that to my uncle Lou.

Just sayin' he wouldn't be in half the trouble he is right now if that were true.
