Almost a year. Last time I was there was last May. It's not as easy to get out there now that I'm further away from it. Biking there now involves biking through Halifax, some of which is an exhausting uphill route. It's more than twice the distance to bike it now, sadly.

I’d there a place nearby that can be your new rock? Rock isn’t a physical place rather than a place to center yourself.

Maybe? I don't know. I loved the isolation where my rock was. I had to hike a good 20 minutes to reach it. It wasn't a well treaded area. It wasn't too out of the way, though, either, since I could still see people zooming by on the biking trail. It was a great spot for both yoga and uninterrupted meditation.

Obviously, Helios for the sun. And Sally for the moon...
