I would like to know this, too.
I assume you could always edit it to redact the contents, and possibly even edit the title, which would leave the remainder of the thread intact but remove your commentary, if not the fact that you started the thread itself.

You can't. But you CAN report it and ask a mod or Admin to change the thread starter and edit the comment.

Yep, this is an admin only task. If others have quoted your post you'll probably want at least the username in those posts edited as well.
