Anyone know how to open the case on this shitbox? I've got to throw in some new ram for my work PC, and the case is sealed tighter than Fort Knox.

There should be a ring (where you can put a pad lock essentially) on the left side of the box. you pull the far left and the lid should pop up.

No, seriously, this fucking thing looks like it's all glued together. It took a flathead for me to pry the part that pops open off. I didn't want to break anything and have my boss yell at me for damaging his precious piece of shit, outdated Dell.

Yea, they change the way it pops up. So I can totally understand the confusion. Note: all new dell pop up now.
