All right, so I'm aware of applications that allow you to schedule Facebook posts and tweets ahead of time, such as Seesmic, Tweetdeck, and Hootsuite. But is there such an app that allows you to schedule a specific tweet to be sent out, say, once a week, every week, at the same time?
The closest thing I can find to what I need is a paid service through hootsuite that allows you to schedule up to 200 tweets at once using a .csv file... but that's not really what I'm looking for.
