I kept wondering if they'll bring Breen back in Episode 3, for example in a host body. Guess they won't now.

Some have thought Breen's mind was transferred into one of the...whatchamacallits. The slug overseer guys. They don't seem to have much in the way of communication, so we could have at least one more revenge of Dr. Breen, just not with any new voice clips.
