Durr face help?

This one will be easy. I don't have PS here at work and would like to fit the DURR face to the template found here.

I'm gonna make some buttons.

Must it be bounded within the dashed line?

The instructions:

Make sure the visible artwork fits inside the dashed circle. Then use the form below to attach your artwork to the order.

Artwork needs to be at least 1.313" in diameter so the excess can fit under the backing plate. However, visible artwork should be no wider than 0.875" or else it will be cut off.

So basically everything outside of the dashed line is overscan?
