Any way I can, except possibly raw. I think eggs are probably my favorite food.

I like my eggs several different ways but I think my favorite would be an omelette with melted cheese bacon and mushrooms and maybe some olives.

Dude, you don't cook the cheese into the eggs, do you? That kills the flavor! It has to garnish the top if you want to get all that yummy cheesiness!

Don't much care for omelettes.

Hard-boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, fried eggs... all work for me.

Pickled. Which reminds me, I need to make some more this weekend.

Or scrambled if it's for breakfast.

Chazwozel

Scrambled: a bit of olive oil, chopped chives, salt pepper. Prior dice up some kielbasa and cook in a frying pan. Dump the eggs into the same frying pan and scramble.

Omelet: usually chedder and american yellow cheese, chives, green peppers, ham, and of course some salt and course ground pepper.

Yeah, I don't like cheese into the eggs, unless you lay a big slab down for omelets. Cheese in scrambled makes them look weird.

Ham and cheese omelette's, scrambled with no milk added, hard boiled, over easy, sunny side up, and as egg salad for sandwiches with a hint of dried mustard for flavor.

I like eggs.

I love all eggs, but my favorite lately is probably either a tomato and fried egg sandwich or a 1-white omelet with mushrooms and chives.

Recently one thing I have gotten kind of hooked on using on everything is Sriracha and I must say that it especially well with eggs. Anyone else here use the stuff?

I use it like it's ketchup.

Me too!

I used to use ketchup on everything but now I use Sriracha on just about everything I can think of.

It has to be the best tasting of the hot sauces. That and the Cholula that was mentioned earlier. I have the best bachelor fridge, pack of lunch meat, dozen eggs, 5 beers, and 30 different hot sauces.

Has my being eaten in any way invalidated my opinions on egg preparation?

APPARENTLY NOT :awesome:

There's this place I eat lunch on a fairly regular basis and they have this wooden sign that says 'Fresh Eggs, Cheep Cheep.' So there's a chick bursting out of an egg. Every time I go there I complain that a chick bursting out of an egg is the least fresh kind of egg you can have.

That's my stupid ass story.

You're welcome Halforums.

Scrambled with cholula or tapitio
