I've been playing the hell out of Fable 2 this summer. I've pretty much wrapped everything up except for the last two achievements. Now, achievements don't mean squat to me, but I figure I'm so close to exploring every nook and cranny of this game that I'd float out a line and see if anyone can help me get one last achievement. The dollcatcher achievement requires you exchange hero dolls with other players, since any given player can only acquire one of the six dolls. Do we have enough Fable 2 players here that we could do this? If not, I'll be a sad

Yeah, you're added already. It's MindDetective though. I have the hero doll and the Theresa doll. 4 more to go!

Question : Do you prefer it over Fable 1?

I know that Fable 2 to me was lackluster and I enjoy the 1st one far more.

I think I prefer it over the first, especially with the added DLC content. Nevertheless, I feel like a lot could be done to improve upon it. I'd love to see something like a "friends" mechanic where you can decide who becomes the people in your inner circle but that you don't have to marry and have kids with. Overall, it feels a lot like Fable 1 to me but a little glossier.

I haven't played in forever and I don't know how to get the doll, but once I do I'd be more than happy to help.

Several ways that I can tell. I got a doll from the website game: http://fable2.xbox.com/Experience.aspx (the "good" ending, I think...it appears in the Guild chest when you log in to the game later) and I dug one up through the See the Future DLC. I think the original place to get them, though, was through the Westcliff Shooting game. I am still trying to get above third place there, though, so I haven't confirmed that yet.

I don't have the DLC yet and I never did do that website game...maybe I'll try it now.

Okay, I went through it...that was rather sweet (I went the hero route because I didn't know if you got the doll otherwise). Next time I log on I'll look up where that chest is and see which doll I got.

Just need the Hammer doll. Got the other five between me and my brother.
