Stanford is offering a bunch of free online non-credit classes starting in January, mostly in Computer Science. Unlike most free podcast-type classes, these actually have quizzes/exams and a forum for asking questions and discussing the material.
I'm currently taking their online database class. I went in expecting nothing more than learning a few SQL tips and tricks, but it turned out to be a real database class. We've gone over SQL and XML, but also relational algebra and relational design theory.
They don't seem to have a central page for all of the classes, but you can find links to the other classes at the bottom of each class's page: http://www.cs101-class.org/
