On the 50th anniversary, it lasted less than a day this time.

I'll have to drink some goat beer in its honor tonight.

And here I thought they were stopping the tradition of putting up the goat.

Frankly, I love the fact that people burn down the goat. And I wonder how much the city really cares, considering the burning is what makes people interested.

I saw the video - and loved the little "I just landed in Heathrow and got word the goat burned down."
