I'm surprised to find that my old drawn avatar is on there. I wasn't in the rogues gallary by like a million posts.

Stieny didn't collect those for the rogue's gallery. They were for a collage of the halface.

Yeah, everytime we move people change their avatars. If someone kept the same avatar for months prior, but then change I may never realize it and wonder if they left.

There are a few people that change frequently, and I'm used to them, especially when they have a theme (such as mario for whatsisname).

Fortunately, this wasn't an issue for me - I keep my avatars in a folder on my HD, for just such an emergency.
