Help me test a new game again

You guys have always been awesome with helping me improve my games, so I'd love to hear what you all have to say about my latest creation.
Final version:
Dibblez of Zorani Valley: http://www.dibblez.com/game20.php

It's an Anno / Civilization / Settlers of Catan type of game, but shorter and simpler. The final version will have highscore lists and an option to save the game.

What I'm most curious about is the difficulty, because it's pretty hard to get this type of game properly balanced (not too hard, not too easy). Any other comments or ideas are obviously very welcome as well :)

Not sure if anyone's interested, but I'm still in the testing phase with this game and I've done a bunch of updates. (Made it easier at the start, added movement restrictions, improved combat, fixed some bugs, etc)
