I recently bought RIFT and have been enjoying it, consequently I was playing TF2 and earned the "RIFT WELL SPUN HAT" claim ticket. I've tried redeeming it, but everytime I highlight it in my backpack, click use and wait for my code, nothing happens? It doesn't pop into the next menu like it's supposed to, so I get no code. Any advice?

Oh I agree, problem is, I've been posting there and even got into their live chat. No answers. I have no clue what's going on and I haven't seen this problem duplicated anywhere on the net....
