Hockey players figure skating?

wtf? I saw an ad for this when I was watching TV the other day (and I hadn't pre-recorded, so I actually saw commercials) Battle of the Blades. It's like "Dancing with the Stars" except that they take hockey stars, and do figure skating with them. There's an article about it here.
