Not really. He was mean to some other people this time.

this season have they been teasing everyone leaving the show only to have them come back right for November Sweeps

Still, I was kinda surprised that the Private Eye had been dating her all that time. Didn't think they'd bring him back... he's been off the show over a year.

I can totally see them bringing back 13 once the fallout from this episode concludes..

The PI guy was creepily stalking Cuddy though, does she not realize this! Also, House was actually fairly nice this episode. Man did he get shut down hard

It's how he dealt with it that was supposed to be the secondary bang moment. Old house would have acted like he didn't care and then get back at Cuddy in a seemingly unrelated way. He just shrugged it off and gave the "Old college try" speach.

Actually, he admitted it to her over a year ago and basically told her in no simple terms that the stuff he had learned was basically stuff she'd tell somebody over lunch anyway, so she had no right to be upset. Considering she deals with House and he's done far worse to her for far less, she admitted he was right and let it go.

What I'm really looking forward to is finding out if they are going to provide an adequate resolution to
the Chase arc. When he killed [STRIKE]Tulsa Doom[/STRIKE] Dibala I was shocked at the sheer amount of people literally cheering and praising Chase having done so. Ok, first of all HE FUCKING MURDERED A GUY. Yes, he was a genocidal bastard but you just can't take the law into your own hands like that. What if he was replaced with someone worse? And Chase is A DOCTOR FOR CRYING OUT LOUD!
I just hope he doesn't get away from this with no consequence whatsoever. And breaking up with Cameron is not bad enough IMHO. He should go to jail in the very least.

You mean divorcing. They got married. And I don't see the whole Dibala thing resolving. I think it's just going to eat away at him for the rest of the series. The final couple of episodes dealing with his suicide. Or, better yet, the season before the last will end with his suicide and the last season becomes a House/Cameron thing.
The ending scene for the series, of course, is Greg waking up from the hospital bed with his ex standing next to him telling him she didn't do the emergency procedure and him deciding himself to do it. Either that or House as an autistic boy staring at a snowglobe
