Some of you may be familiar with Photoshop Disasters, a blog that points out the worst excess of commercial shoopery.

Last month there was an impossibly skinny model in a Ralph Lauren ad presented for ridicule. RL was not amused. They filed a DMCA takedown notice. Blogspot obliged and removed the post.

One small problem. The blog post had already been seen by a staffer over at Boing Boing, who promptly posted about it over there. RL responded with another takedown notice. With quite the opposite result.

Nice! I just caught up on PsD yesterday so this is particularly awesome.

Wow, Cory Doctorow really is awesome. Honestly I wouldn't be surprised if he really does blog from a hot air balloon, with a cape and goggles.
