Probably, I have an obscene amount of wine to go through (1 bottle of white and 1 red), and a small amount of Scotch left (30 bottles), but no beer unless I get some at the store.

So I may try to use up the red in the dish, we'll see how it goes.

I meant as regards making your rhyming post, but this works, too.
