I can't see some peoples avatars

I just noticed that some peoples who used to have avatars no longer have avatars or at least I can't see their avatars. I was wondering if anyone else was having this issue or if it was just me?

1d6 Con and Str temporary damage per day, save vs. poisons at DC 25 halves the effect. Resisting the poison 3 days in a row flushes it out of the character.
