Inmates have to pedal to power the energy to watch tv.. personally I think this is a good thing.. gets them exercise, plus it saves money off the grid. But just wait until someone keels over from a heart attack and someone gets upset and they get yanked.. :p

That's cool.

Arpaio can suck it, but I'm all for getting them on bicycles to power their own TV. Maybe it'll even give them a sense of responsibility.
