1. Give inmates penicillin
2. Find some syphillis infected prostitutes and let the inmates use them
3. See if penicillin prevented syphillis
4. Continue to conduct experiments on the infected inmates without really treating them
5. Fast forward 12 years
6. Let the same researcher run the Tuskegee study

It's interesting that we only find out today. Once the Tuskegee thing went down I would have expected people to go through this researcher's prior work to find out where else he was making poor ethical choices.

Haha, you know that the Nazi's took inspiration from the experiments preformed on humans in the U.S., don't you? We had the shadiest motherfucking government in the world since the late 19th century.

Actually as i recall eugenics where all the rage during the 19th century and right up until WW2 all over the western world... Hitler just made it uncool.
