I think it's great and down to the point. I really hope that mankind does eventually march onward into space. Unfortunately I am not a native english speaker so there is little else that I can add.

Add something about tachyon beams, and reversing the polarity of the quantum converters. Oh, and how we need to develop a Prime Directive so we do not interfere with the development of primitive civilizations.
