I do love the apparent sideswipe they took at his daughter, Caroline, in Variety Magazine. It reminds me of Big Bang Theory whenever anyone disses Howard for not having a PhD.

Reitman is survived by his wife Genevieve; his son Jason, a director; and daughters Catherine, a TV actress-writer-producer, and Caroline.

I am glad he got to see his Son become a successful director and to see him even direct a decent follow up to Ghostbusters.

I'm pretty sure he directed Animal House too.

And Cannibal Girls.
