So the dipshit who likes to do undercover videotaping of non-right wing people and edit the crap out of it to make them look as bad as possible is at it again...or at least he tried. In this case he tried to set up a CNN reporter to make her look as if she was on a "sex boat". But she saw through it and knew something was up so she bailed.
This guy is on probation for doing this sort of thing and was totally discredited in the whole ACORN sting where they did nothing wrong and his videos were highly edited to be damning and damaging. Why the fuck is he still being allowed to do this and why isn't he going to prison for recording people without their consent and violating his parole?

It may not be illegal where he is, I don't think all states require 2 party consent.
Edit: Although....after reading the whole ACORN story (haven't kept up on that one) I can not for the life of me understand how he is not in jail. He intentionally slandered a non-profit organization with actual malice and destroyed it damn near singlehandedly. I mean...WTF, how has there been only one lawsuit about this?
Edit2: wow that article has some gems in it:

I've been approached by CNN for an interview where I know what their angle is: they want to portray me and my friends as crazies, as non-journalists, as unprofessional....
Now why in the world would anyone find this unprofessional?

'punk'ing' has created douchebag journalism.
every film student drop out with a camera and an opinion wants to try this shit (thank you ali g.) As crazy as liberal activists get the conservative crazies always manage to one-up them.
also why is he so fucking obsessed with sex? takes down ACORN with "advice from ACORN workers on setting up a brothel and evading taxes.", breaks into a Sen.s office posing as a telephone repair man. I don't think he's really there to "fix the cable". and now a floating sex palace! Jeez man get out of your missionary position and suck it you turdbaster.

Among the props listed were a "condom jar, dildos, posters and paintings of naked women, fuzzy handcuffs" and a blindfold.
The condom jar is probably the sum total of every one he took from his dorm RA's "need one, take one" box that he, ah, didn't use.

It's funny, really. Acorn did have problems at a couple branches unrelated to the O'Keefe stupidity, but they certainly did more good than harm. Registering people to vote who normally wouldn't and getting people involved in the process is the only way to keep the loud minority fringe elements from taking over the Democratic process.
It's a war of ignorance, and sadly ignorance often wins. Good to see this time it didn't.
On a side note- I wouldn't be surprised if news organizations started putting this guys picture up and have a policy for dealing with him, like corporations do for Michael Moore.
