Jay, what's up with this?

Ah yes "New Dynasty" resto.

Were you asking Jay for a review? Very well, good Asian food but expect low quality furnishings and environment, including other patrons. Their General Tao is very decent as well as their Sesame Beef. Very ethnic, usually mostly Asian. Service is quick and efficient.

(Continued Review) My last visit wasn't very satisfying as the General Tao we ordered never came and other patrons were very loud and screaming at each other for no reason I'd care to know as I was very involved in looking at my woman's brown eyes. Perhaps the slow service on this busy night annoyed them as well? Not only was the service was very slow but also very sloppy, I must have counted a dozen dishes being broken by absent-minded employees that riled up other patrons who got very anxious and left. I felt somewhat bad about the restoraunt so I didn't complain but as luck would have a bunch of police officers came in and things got real busy. They even helped the staff with the line up outside as they neatly placed anxious patrons in an orderly fashion before they sat down and ordered some food. Probably the end of shift or something. Sadly, the General Tao wasn't as good as it usually was but the owner of the restaurant, Sum Tin Wong, personally apologized for the slow and unacceptable service and charged us 10% off our meals.

My fiancee and I were very impressed, it's not every restaurant where the owner PERSONALLY comes to greet his patrons. More restaurants should use this approach.

3.5 stars on 5.

Hope this helps, Frankie... do you know anyone of the 27th?
